The video clearly shows the shipping label, package condition, and product received.

The issue reported is genuine and verified by our support team.

The claim is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Valid Reasons for Return/Refund
Returns, replacements, or refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

Verification Process
All claims are subject to verification by our support team. Customers may be asked to provide additional photos, videos, or information for verification.
If the issue is found to be genuine after verification, an appropriate replacement, return, or refund will be processed.
